RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create, submit, review, change and approve engineering documentation (e.g. wiring diagrams, setting list, etc.).
  • Sizing and selection of instrumentation and components (E+H and Third party).
  • Control panel layout.
  • Calculation of material as well as Cost of material requirements and technical specifications in accordance with local and international norms and standards.
  • Technical description of the processes, system description (Functional Design Specification, Bill of Material).
  • Plant documentation (P&ID, I/O wiring, electrical schematics, etc.).
  • Hardware component specification.
  • Software component specification.
  • Create third party items data base.
  • Create Procurement specifications.
  • Technical Support for production.
  • Configuration and dimensioning of instrumentation and control equipment.
  • Quality assurance and quality control.
  • Set up of test and inspection data.
  • Carrying out, preparation and participation of FAT & SAT.
  • Monitoring of time schedules.
  • Cost controlling and reporting.
  • Vendor document review and approval.
  • Providing engineering documentation - attend kick-off meetings.
  • Engineering document review and approval – providing & creating engineering/ GA drawings.
  • Create and submit manufacturing data record.
  • Knowledge on AutoCAD is mandatory. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Strumentations / Mechanical). 
  • Experience within international project business, contract management, project management.
  • Experience in process automation.
  • Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, MS Outlook, SAP & SFDC.
