What is the role?
As a Service Coordinator, you are responsible for good work preparation and efficient planning of our field service engineers. Do you want to make maximum use of your planning and organizational skills? Do you think in terms of solutions instead of problems? Would you also like to contribute to further improving customer satisfaction with our service organization? Then read on.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day coordination of operational activities within the service process for a network or team of associates.
- (From Request for Quote to Order Completion, recall handling).
- Management and Organization of E+H Service Engineer/Experts and Authorized Service Providers.
- Managing ASP skill matrix.
- Management of Service Contracts, allocation of resources to execute contracts.
- Understanding of service dashboards and database.
- Coordinate field service travel that includes flights, transport, accommodation, meetings, visas and expense reports.
- File all Service documents (hard and soft copies) and be responsible for the filing system organization through effective use of CRM system - Salesforce, SAP and Microsoft Outlook.
Qualifications & Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Technical & Commercial Education.
Languages
English - Social & business fluent.
Personal attributes:
- Kknowledge of the sales of after sales services.
- Fair commercial knowledge.
- Good communication skills.
- Ggood skills in handling people and situations.
- Well organized.
- Experience as a Service Coordinator/Planner.
- MBO working and thinking level, preferably an administrative education with technical affinity.
- Customer-oriented, result-oriented and stress-resistant.
- You enjoy working in a hectic environment where you maintain intensive contact with both our customers and internal colleagues
