Due to an internal promotion, we have a role available for an Industry Manager for Food & Beverage and Water & Wastewater industries to join our Marketing team within our Australian operations. Endress+Hauser Australia is made up of 120 dedicated employees across the country, with our national office located in Artarmon, Sydney, and additional offices in other key locations.

This role is primarily a Marketing role, and applicants must have strong skills in Strategic and Tactical Marketing. While some sales experience is beneficial, previous Marketing experience is a requirement for the role. Applicants will need to be able to demonstrate that you have managed omnichannel campaigns to generate Leads. In addition, applicants must have in-depth knowledge of the Food & Beverage and Water & Wastewater industries.
Which tasks will you perform?
- Lead the development of an industry-focused sales team through shared leadership and collaboration.
- Analyse local markets, formulate and implement a local industry plan in collaboration with function leaders of sales, service, solutions and projects.
- To communicate the execution plan for the business strategic directions to the Sales, Service, Solutions and Project functions.
- Collaborate with MarComms to shape and support communication strategies.
- Align global industry strategies with local market needs to guide business direction.
- Manage and deploy the portfolio plans and integrated offering derived by industry planning into the related industry, identify and proactively market and drive the product, solution and service capabilities.
- Generate qualified leads and ensure seamless handover to the sales team.
What do we expect from you?
- Proven experience in strategic and tactical marketing, including omnichannel campaign management.
- Deep knowledge of the Food & Beverage and Water & Wastewater industries.
- Degree qualifications in Marketing and Engineering or Business.
- Strong understanding of automation and control systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and influence outcomes.
- Willingness to travel and share knowledge across teams.
