Due to our continual success and growth, Endress+Hauser Australia has a new opportunity available for an Internal Sales Engineer for our Victorian team.

 

In this role, you will be ultimately responsible for providing support to the External Sales team in the management of their customers, ensuring exceptional customer service at all time.

 

Role + Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional customer service at all times and maximising every sale opportunity for the Company and VIC team
  • Active use of C-360 (Salesforce) to plan and manage day to day sales activities
  • Ensuring timely quotations, follow ups and processing of orders
  • Providing technical sales support on our range of products. Keeping up to date with our existing and new products
  • Liaising with logistics in relation to order and delivery times

 

Qualification + Profile

  • Previous experience in a similar or like role
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Technical and/or Industry experience or knowledge would be ideal
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship development skills
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail
  • Team player but able to work independently 
  • SAP and CRM tool (Salesforce) would be highly regarded
