Role + Responsabilities

 

1.         Local development of their specific industry through the development of the industry plan and strategic actions out of the global industry strategic paper in the country in balance with the local opportunities and needs:

 

  • Together with the local stake holders (V, P, S ...), defines and agrees a 3 - 5 years business plan including yearly action plan, in order to reach the targets defined. The plan will be in accordance with the industry planning template.

 

2.         Deployment of the integrated offering (products, services, solutions) in the related industry by:

 

  •  Monitoring the industry specific offering within the country (e.g.: cross selling factor, launching of a key product)
  • Strongly supports customer development of strategic accounts and key players in the country
  • Promotes the value proposition in the country
  • Trainings of sales partners and customers
  • Preparing of marketing tools (brochures, selection guides, presentations, articles, etc.)
  • Executing marketing actions (e.g: customers seminars, campaign) in the countries
  • Understanding the eco-system of his/her industry in its country (association, EPCs, OEM ...) including pricing structure
  • Provide specific industry expertise during key projects and contract negotiations

 

3.         Gathers and acts upon local market intelligence for his industry:

 

  • Participates in associations, networks, customer feedback ... to define market size, market share, growth of the industry
  • Identifies long term market trends (market requirement, upcoming legislation...) in its country and participates in the industry network.
  • Provides quarterly report about the activities in its country to the GIM in accordance to the industry template

 

 

Qualification + Profile

 

  • Technical degree in Engineering (Automation, industry, electric, etc)

  • Advanced in English

  • Knowledge of relevant industry (process, customers and reglementary areas)

  • Knowledge of automation and control

  • Ability to abstract and realize

  • Take initiative and ownership 

  • Very good presentation and communication skills

  • Ability to transfer knowledge

  • Work base: São Paulo or Itatiba
