We are looking for a Customer Value Manager to join our team.
Which tasks will you perform?
- Build and execute the Value Roadmap for each contract, aligned with the client's technical and financial goals.
- Define, monitor, and communicate KPIs using executive storytelling.
- Drive expansion and renewal initiatives through business cases.
- Integrate with stakeholders to ensure alignment across technical teams, procurement, and management.
- Share responsibility for the financial health of the contract within Endress+Hauser.
- Promote innovation and digitalization in collaboration with global specialists.
- Identify and connect opportunities beyond the contractual scope that may generate additional value for both the client and Endress+Hauser.
- Ensure clarity regarding the sold scope, SLAs, and expectations.
- Monitor and validate technical service deliveries.
- Lead governance rituals, including alignment meetings.
- Act as the focal point for issue resolution and escalations.
- Coordinate digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare executive materials and reports using Power BI and PowerPoint.
What do we expect from you?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration with technical experience.
- Experience in industrial Customer Success/Experience or complex contracts.
- Advanced or fluent English (B2).
- Experience in industrial contract management, advanced Power BI, PowerPoint/Excel, Salesforce, and strong knowledge of instrumentation and industrial automation, as well as understanding of client processes.
- Desirable: SAP, MS Project, IIoT/analytics, continuous improvement, experience with national/multi-plant accounts.
