As our Business Applications Specialist, you won’t just be a cog in the machine; you’ll be the architect of change, the conductor of efficiency, and the navigator of progress. Based in Burlington, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the adoption of digital technologies and processes to transform our partners and clients' activities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement digital solutions that align with our organizations' strategic objectives. In addition, you will drive B2B integrations with our partners at Endress+Hauser. 

 

Roles+Responsibilities

 

  • Systems Sleuth: Unravel the mysteries of our business IT applications. Document them, dissect them, and share your insights.
  • Knowledge Guardian: Train our key users. Be their guide through the digital labyrinth. And when they ask, “What’s the meaning of this error message?”—you’ll have answers
  • Integration Maestro: B2B integrations? You’ll orchestrate them like a seasoned conductor. Forge alliances with our partners at Endress+Hauser.
  • Relationship Builder: Collaborate cross-functionally, fostering an outside-in approach. Customers will appreciate your knack for harmonizing IT applications.
  • Efficiency Engineer: When business systems hiccup, you’ll swoop in like a tech-savvy troubleshooter. Incidents? Requests? You’ll handle them with finesse.

 

Qualification+Profile

 

  • Post-secondary technical education or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of IT experience
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP and Salesforce or other ERP/CRM systems
  • Experience with B2B integration
