Service Contract Consultant is responsible for preparing and managing service proposals and contracts to support customer success and business growth. This role ensures timely delivery of proposals, effective follow-up, and smooth execution of service agreements.

Are you a customer-focused professional with a passion for translating business needs into actionable solutions? You’ll work closely with Sales teams to understand customer goals and develop proposals that address their needs.

Which tasks will you perform? 

 

  • Prepare new and renewal service proposals based on customer requirements in a timely manner.
  • Follow up on service proposals with a strong focus on closing orders and securing customer commitment.
  • Review customer purchase orders, confirm service dates, generate service contracts, and coordinate handover to the Service Coordination team for execution.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of service contract renewals, ensuring continuity, customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to expand scope and value.

 

What do we expect from you?

 

  • Post-secondary education is preferred in either Business or Technical fields like instrumentation, automation, electronics or engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of Business 2 Business experience in Sales and/or Customer Service
  • Intermediate computer processing skills, including SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong organizational skills  
  • Aspiration to sales in order to expand customer inquiries 
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
