Support our Sales Centers around the globe in the usage of our CRM system (Salesforce.com)
Further develop the CRM system based on ongoing exchange with the users
Implement significant KPIs to support our international sales organization in increasing productivity and ensuring sustainable growth
Understand the needs of the business and ensure that requirements are implemented successfully in the CRM System
Identify gaps in knowledge and application usage and close those gaps with professional training activities
Qualification + Profile
Degree in a technical or business area (e.g. Business informatics, informatics, economics) or comparable qualification
Several years of experience with a CRM system (preferably Salesforce.com) and its configuration as well as good understanding of marketing and sales processes and their mapping in the system
Professional experience in sales or in a position with sales and customer relevance would be a plus
Willingness to travel internationally (up to 20%)
Flexible, convincing personality with a strong customer orientation
Proven intercultural competence
Strong communication skills in English. Knowledge of Spanish or any other additional language is an advantage
