Role + Responsibilities

  • Support our Sales Centers around the globe in the usage of our CRM system (Salesforce.com)
  • Further develop the CRM system based on ongoing exchange with the users
  • Implement significant KPIs to support our international sales organization in increasing productivity and ensuring sustainable growth
  • Understand the needs of the business and ensure that requirements are implemented successfully in the CRM System
  • Identify gaps in knowledge and application usage and close those gaps with professional training activities

 
Qualification + Profile

  • Degree in a technical or business area (e.g. Business informatics, informatics, economics) or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience with a CRM system (preferably Salesforce.com) and its configuration as well as good understanding of marketing and sales processes and their mapping in the system
  • Professional experience in sales or in a position with sales and customer relevance would be a plus 
  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 20%)
  • Flexible, convincing personality with a strong customer orientation 
  • Proven intercultural competence
  • Strong communication skills in English. Knowledge of Spanish or any other additional language is an advantage
