We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our group.  The Logistics Coordinator It will be responsible and accountable for the successful execution of daily order handling.  This includes co-ordination of all aspects of the order from production to final invoicing.  This role liaises with all stakeholders to ensure successful execution of all assigned orders. 

 

What is the role about?
 
Are you excited by the details? As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll guarantee that all orders are successfully executed from beginning to end.  


Do you consider yourself a good team player? As Logistics coordinator, you will be the direct liaison with customer inquiries and the internal customers.

 

Which tasks will you perform? 

 

  • Confirmation of customer orders 
  • Creation and maintenance of purchase orders 
  • Expediting of orders 
  • Creation of delivery notes 
  • Invoicing 
  • Creation and maintenance of material masters in SAP 
  • Creating estimation for air and ocean exports 
  • Maintenance of inventory 
  • Direct liaison for customer inquiries as to the status of their order 
  • Direct liaison with internal customers, including sales, accounting, service and marketing  
  • Any other duties as assigned 

 

What do we expect from you? 

 

•    College Diploma or certification in procurement is preferred  
•    Minimum 3-5 years in similar role  
•    Intermediate to advanced computer processing skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word   
•    Experience with SAP is an asset
