We are looking for a Sales Operations Supervisor to join our Group.
What is the role about?
Are you exceptional support for the team? As a Sales Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for a high level of National and Regional Support in the sales of Endress+Hauser product lines to both internal and external customers.
Do you have the ability to navigate the sales cycle from start to finish? You will ensure systematic and conscientious customer service with a focus on the entirety of the Sales Cycle.
Are you able to be a vital connection in our Company? Main conduit between Customers and Outside Technical Sales as well as other departmental functions including sales coordinator, logistics, production centers, service, accounting and product management.

Which tasks will you perform?
- Supervise and coordinate Inside Technical Sales Specialists and Order Entry team
- Maintain and grow sales relationships with existing clients
- Develop, implement, and report on sales strategies to achieve business goals
- Assists the Sales Operations Manager in developing annual targets and budgets
- Ensures Inside Technical Sales and Order Entry associates have received adequate training
- Directs and improves the Inside Sales process and customer satisfaction
- Resolution of quality issues and non-conformances
- Objective of reducing unclean orders to below 2% on a consistent basis
- Ensure coordination of Western warehouse activities and inventory
- Any other duties as assigned
What do we expect from you?
- Post-secondary technical education preferably in instrumentation, process control, automation or electronics
- Minimum 3 years of Inside Sales experience in the Instrumentation Field
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Access & other project tools
- Previous Supervisory experience is desired
- Fluently Bilingual in English & French is an asset.
