We are looking for a Inside Sales Engineer to join Endress+Hauser Hong Kong
What is the role about?
The role works closely with Sales Team Members as a tandem partner and is authorized to prepare clear technical and commercial proposals for customers. It also provides internal support to the Sales team and Authorized Service Providers (ASP), is responsible for reactivating dormant customers, and ensures the accuracy and quality of CRM system data.
Which tasks will you perform?
- Customer Account and Contact Creation
- Create, change, negotiate technically and commercially clear quotations
- Handle quotes according to customer expectations with timely response
- Clarify unclear orders against the quotations (Purchase conditions, commercial terms and conditions etc.)
- Enter and maintain Customer PO into SAP system
- Setting tasks for sales team member follow up
- Maintain CRM data quality (i.e. SFDC platform)
- Customer Support request and clarification
- Active support in MRO acquisition
- Provide insight for external sales engineer in business plannings, performance evaluations and analyses and customer care (customers and partners)
What do we expect from you?
- Associate degree/ high diploma holder in engineering and science discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales coordination, internal sales support, or account follow-up
- Customer-oriented, proactive and detail-minded, with a positive and responsible working attitude
- Able to work independently while contributing effectively as a team player
- Well-organized with good time management and follow-through skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, M365, etc.)
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
- Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) is an advantage
- On-the-job training will be provided
