Responsibilities:

• Solution Acquisition Support Manager/Engineer (Tank Gauging) will have three main job in Acquisition Support, Marketing and Business Development in Tank Gauging application(Static Metering).
• 解决方案售前支持经理/主管（罐区），将在罐区应用（静态计量）中负责三个工作内容：项目售前支持、市场和业务推动。
• 1.    He/she will be responsible for tank gauging acquisition support. The main task is:
• 他/她将负责罐区项目的售前支持。主要任务为：
• 1)    Support sales for the customer/designing institute communication.
• 支持销售做客户/设计院的技术交流
• 2)    Basic Proposal Engineering & Designing.
• 方案初步设计
• 3)    Support Technical Proposal and Agreement.
• 支持技术方案和协议
• 4)    Support Handover from PSM to PM.
• 支持从项目获取经理到项目执行经理的项目移交
• 5)    Application Consulting in tank gauging (static metering).
• 罐区方面（静态计量）的应用咨询
• 2.    He/she will be responsible for tank gauging marketing. The main task is:
• 他/她将负责罐区的市场工作。主要任务为：
• 1)    Product Manager for tank gauge and system(SPK N).
• 罐区仪表和系统（SPK N）的产品经理
• 2)    Customer Seminar
• 解决方案客户研讨会
• 3)    DEMO Designing, Producing and Testing
• DEMO的设计、制作和测试
• 4)    Promotional Material(Brochure, Video,…)
• 市场宣传资料（手册、视频、…）
• 5)    Market Investigation
• 市场调查
• 6)    Other Solution Roll-out Activities(Exhibition…)
• 其它市场宣传活动（展会等）
• 7)    Technical Training
• 技术培训
• 8)    Sales Tool
• 销售工具制作
• 3.    He/she will be responsible for developing the tank gauging business. The main task is:
• 他/她将负责罐区业务的拓展。主要任务为：
• 1)    Development Strategy
• 发展战略
• 2)    Project Win Strategy
• 赢标策略
• 3)    Push TG Project
• 推动罐区项目获取
• 4)    Project Pipeline Management(Win/Lost Analysis)
• 项目Pipeline管理（赢/失分析）
• 5)    Sales Acquisition Training
• 销售获取培训

Requirement:

工作要求：

• 1.    Bachelor degree or above, major in automation, instrumentation, electrical, or others related to storage and transportation.  
• 本科以上学历，自动化、仪表、电气或储运相关专业
• 2.    Minimum 3 years’ working experience. Around 2 years’ designing customer service or technical support experience in process automation is preferred.
• 3年以上工作经验，至少2年设计、客户服务或工艺自动化技术支持经验者优先
• 3.    Good communication and self-learning skills.
• 良好的沟通和自学能力
• 4.    Customer and result oriented.
• 有责任心，积极主动的工作态度
• 5.    Aptitude to work under pressure and independently.
• 能够在压力下独立工作
• 6.    Strong ability of problem solving in fields.
• 较强的现场问题解决能力
• 7.    Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing is preferred.
• 流利的英语听说读写能力优先
• 8.    Be adaptable to frequent business trips.
