  • Partner closely with the Endress+Hauser InfoServe Senior Leadership Team, process owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify organizational improvement opportunities, facilitate alignment, and support strategic decision-making
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by implementing structured problem-solving approaches, promoting a culture of improvement, and ensuring sustainable execution of improvement measures
  • Use performance indicators, and operational data to identify process inefficiencies, performance gaps, and optimization opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations
  • Enable process owners, process managers, and cross-functional teams through coaching, facilitation, training, and capability-building initiatives that strengthen process and improvement competencies across the organization
  • Support strategy execution by translating strategic priorities into measurable process goals, initiatives, implementation roadmaps, and progress monitoring mechanisms
