Role + Responsibilities
Take ownership of the SAP HCM module (payroll, time management), overseeing its technical aspects, configurations, and integrations with other modules and systems.
Ensure 100% technical operations of HCM systems and applications for our employees and HR partners within the Endress+Hauser Group
Collaborate with the team to drive innovation and continuous improvement, leveraging your experience in SAP payroll or time management
Using your hands-on mentality, you’re analyzing and implementing improvements also with the support of internal and external subject matter experts
Plan sprints and releases in coordination with the Service Owners
Advocate for processes, maintaining transparency and consistency through strong relationships with the Service Owners and other module owners
Take responsibility for the operation and further development of our IT SAP HCM Applications, with a focus on payroll and time management
Organize and participate in Support Package rounds and year-end activities
Act as the technical lead for the newly implemented SAP FIORI platform and contribute to the roll-out project
Support international group projects in addition to your operational duties
Qualification + Profile
Strong SAP HCM configuration skills in payroll or time management
Enjoy working collaboratively using agile methods
Possess an end-to-end understanding of HCM processes, especially for SAP Payroll and time management module
Demonstrated experience in operational excellence
Fluent in both German and English, enabling effective communication
Willingness to relocate to either Freiburg im Breisgau or Weil am Rhein
