Role + Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the SAP HCM module (payroll, time management), overseeing its technical aspects, configurations, and integrations with other modules and systems.
  • Ensure 100% technical operations of HCM systems and applications for our employees and HR partners within the Endress+Hauser Group
  • Collaborate with the team to drive innovation and continuous improvement, leveraging your experience in SAP payroll or time management
  • Using your hands-on mentality, you’re analyzing and implementing improvements also with the support of internal and external subject matter experts
  • Plan sprints and releases in coordination with the Service Owners
  • Advocate for processes, maintaining transparency and consistency through strong relationships with the Service Owners and other module owners
  • Take responsibility for the operation and further development of our IT SAP HCM Applications, with a focus on payroll and time management
  • Organize and participate in Support Package rounds and year-end activities
  • Act as the technical lead for the newly implemented SAP FIORI platform and contribute to the roll-out project
  • Support international group projects in addition to your operational duties

 
Qualification + Profile

  • Strong SAP HCM configuration skills in payroll or time management 
  • Enjoy working collaboratively using agile methods
  • Possess an end-to-end understanding of HCM processes, especially for SAP Payroll and time management module
  • Demonstrated experience in operational excellence
  • Fluent in both German and English, enabling effective communication
  • Willingness to relocate to either Freiburg im Breisgau or Weil am Rhein
