We are looking for a Product Developer - Services to drive the industrialization and global scalability of our service offerings at Endress+Hauser Group Services. As the bridge between strategy and execution, Group Services provides vital support to our business units worldwide. In this role, you'll collaborate with a dynamic team to develop and optimize industrial service solutions that enhance efficiency, reliability, and customer value in process automation.

Which tasks will you perform? 
You will:

• Innovate and develop advanced global industrial service offerings that seamlessly integrate with our process automation portfolio.
• Trigger the industrialization of the service offering by writing user stories, defining technical requirements for IT service applications, and organizing testing upon development.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance and optimize our existing service offerings.
• Facilitate the global deployment and rollout of new service offerings by providing training and technical support to sales and service centres.
• Collaborate with internal technology and service experts to optimize customer journeys and improve service delivery efficiency.
• Work closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure service feasibility, scalability, and industrialization.
• Manage project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of tangible results.

What do we expect from you? 
You:

• Have a Bachelor’s, and ideally a Master’s degree, in industrial engineering, service engineering, or a related field.
• Have 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an industrial services or process automation environment.
• Have deep knowledge of industrial service offering development, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Demonstrate strong project management skills and a passion for service innovation and operational excellence.
• Thrive in agile environments and foster effective cross-collaboration among diverse teams.
• Exhibit leadership, coordination, and excellent communication skills.
• Manage time effectively and escalate issues when necessary.
• Are fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus.

Nice to have:

• Have experience with service industrialization, process optimization, and customer-centric service offering design.
• Have experience with cloud-based delivery systems (e.g. Salesforce, SAP) and a solid understanding of IT service applications.
• Are skilled in design thinking, customer journey mapping, and service blueprinting.
