Which tasks will you perform?
- You drive our application-oriented research forward with your solid theoretical knowledge and experimental investigations
- You design new sensors and optimize them using state-of-the-art simulation tools
- You explore new applications for Coriolis mass flow, density, and viscosity measurement
- You lead fundamental and pre-development projects as well as technology projects in collaboration with external partners
- You have the opportunity to qualify innovative measurement technologies with our customers in Germany and abroad, identifying new approaches and opportunities along the way
What do we expect from you?
- You hold a Master's degree with a PhD or relevant professional experience in Computational Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field
- You bring excellent skills in structural mechanics simulations using FEM tools such as COMSOL, and ideally experience with 3D CAD software like Creo Parametric
- You are familiar with the numerical and experimental analysis of modes and spectra of vibroacoustic systems, as well as conducting fatigue analyses
- You have good knowledge in data analysis, e.g., using Python or MATLAB
- You are a self-reliant, responsible personality with creativity and a drive to make an impact – and you enjoy working in a team
- You communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken; good German skills are a plus
