The Team leader Area Sales Management is the main contact person for the assigned countries. He answers the technical and commercial questions of the SC’s either by himself or with the specialists within the PC Flowtec DA organization. He defines together with HOD and maintains country specific agreements. He is responsible for the organisation of the year end and half year meetings. Depending upon the need he participates in the strategic industry business planning of the countries and ensures that the interests of Flowtec are represented in the business plans.
He assists the SC’s in country specific activities like exhibitions and customer seminars.
Also the roll out of new products according to the standard
Main Task :
Leading the Team
Coaching the Business Development for the assigned countries
Develop joint Flow Business Plan with SC (industry/ product/national Key accounts)
Converts industry /customer initiatives into a commercial framework
Transfer the product know how to respective SC
Collect , asses & transfer market trends, product requirements and feedbacks from the assigned countries to HOD.
Assists assigned countries in their activities like exhibitions, customer seminars…..
General contact for SC requests ( Technical, Commercial etc)
Interaction with SC for general activities
Participation at global Flow PM Meeting & network meetings.
Roll out of new products in the assigned countries
Target sheet process for the assigned countries
Planning and execution of year end meetings and other business meetings
Ensures that the interests of Flowtec are represented in their business planning
Defines and ensures the phase out planning of products
Answering of commercial and technical questions from the countries.
Responsible for in house customer visits and FAT’s
