Job Description Job Title: Trainer – Dual Education Training (Mechatronics Trade)

Location: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, India Position 

Type: Full-time Objective of the Role: To set up and deliver a German-style Dual Education Training Center in Mechatronics, aligned with German Level A Certification standards, ensuring high-quality vocational training that combines theoretical knowledge with practical skills.

Key Responsibilities: Program Setup & Development

• Establish the training infrastructure for Mechatronics trade as per German dual education standards.

• Develop curriculum, training modules, and assessment plans aligned with German Level A Certification.

• Coordinate with German vocational education authorities and Indian regulatory bodies for compliance. Training Delivery

• Conduct theoretical and practical sessions in Mechatronics (mechanical, electrical, and control systems).

• Ensure hands-on training using industry-standard tools, machines, and simulation software.

• Implement competency-based learning and continuous assessment. Quality Assurance • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and learner performance.

• Maintain documentation and records as per German vocational training norms. Capacity Building

• Train and mentor additional trainers and staff for program scalability.

• Conduct workshops for students on dual education benefits. INTERNAL Required Qualifications & Skills: Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

• Certification in German vocational training (preferably Level A or equivalent) is highly desirable. Experience: •

Minimum 5 years of experience in vocational training or industrial experience in Mechatronics.

• Prior exposure to German dual education system or international vocational standards is an advantage. Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge in mechanical systems, electrical circuits, PLC programming, and automation.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Ability to deliver practical training effectively. Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to travel for training and industry collaboration.

• Familiarity with German vocational education standards and certification processes.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
