Executive Production Planning / Material Provision

We are looking for Executive Production Planning / Material Provision to join our Group at Endress Hauser Flow Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra
What is the role about?
Job allocation: 70% office work, 30% material provision
Tasks/ Challenges:
- Work preparation and procurement preparation for manufactured parts, standard parts,
electrical components and raw materials
- Work preparation and control of mechanical production (milling, turning, welding)
- Cutting and setting up raw materials for mechanical production
- Setting up assembly material for rig production and the electrical workshop
- Bulk material and tool management
- Close collaboration with assembly teams, engineering, purchasing and intralogistics
- Active support for assembly managers in material provision
- Coordination of handling and packing and shipping of rigs – in cooperation with logistics
Responsibility:
- Timely provision of materials for assembly, mechanical and electrical production
- Provision of material in the correct quantity and quality
Qualification and profile:
- BE Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from reputed Institute
- 6 to 10 yrs of Experience in assembly of special machines is an advantage
- Experience in supporting purchasing of indirect materials is an advantage
- You have good knowledge of the common MS Office tools and SAP knowledge
- You have initial experience in the use of stackers and forklift
- You have a very good command of English, which you have used in international projects
- Flexibility, resilience and the ability to work in a team
- A sense of quality and responsibility paired with manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently in consultation with the teams
Hierarchy and communication:
- Reports directly to the head of department rig workshop DA-T
- Close dialogue with the person responsible for QA incoming goods
- Close dialogue with the rig assembly manager
- Communicates actively with the purchasing department
- Communicates actively with the intralogistics department
