What the Role is about
As part of the newly established Regional Recruitment Center for Spain and Latin America, this brand-new position will play a key role in collaboratively establishing, forming and realizing the recruitment practice for the region. The countries covered include Mexico, Spain, Colombia, Chile, Panama and Peru.
Roles + Responsibilities
You will coordinate with HR Business Partners to manage the full recruitment life-cycle from intake meeting to shortlisting and interviewing candidates.
You will partner with Line Managers and HR Business Partners to understand Recruitment needs to build and maintain active candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill or critical positions
You will build and maintain relationships with Line Managers to develop a deep understanding of their objectives and team style
You will act as an advisor to Line managers and HR Business Partners to develop a tailored made search plan to identify potential candidates to fit their requirements.
You will Identify, attract and screen candidates from across all disciplines and functions.
You will maintain current knowledge of business, marketplace, legal and recruitment trends and requirements
You will liaise with the global HR Center of Expertise for People Attraction & Development to advise on Employer Branding topics for the Entities in the region
You will build talent pools in all talent segments and across respective Entities
You will work closely with all relevant stakeholders and will assure adherence to KPIs
Profile + Features
You have 5+ years of experience in internal or external recruiting; preferably in an industrial/technical environment, ideally with a focus on Sales and Service roles.
You have a deep understanding of the relevant recruitment markets
You are able to keep calm in rough times in a dynamic environment while building and developing relationships with all constituents – candidates, HR Business Partners and Line Managers
You are an innovative, creative thinker with the ability to devise bespoke recruiting strategies
You are fluent in both English and Spanish coupled with good oral and written communications skills
You have developed consulting skills and are able to push back with a sense of urgency
You are a naturally enthusiastic and innovative personality with a proven ability to network effectively
