Job Summary

  • Drive sales growth through technical and commercial support

  • Manage inquiries, quotations, and orders efficiently

  • Maintain a high-quality sales pipeline and customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms
  • Manage RFQs, leads, and opportunities with proactive follow-up
  • Prepare technical and commercial quotations including product selection
  • Process orders accurately and follow up until closure
  • Provide technical support and product guidance
  • Maintain CRM (SFDC) data and follow sales processes
  • Coordinate with external sales, engineering, service, and logistics
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Take ownership of complaints, returns, and issues affecting customer satisfaction
  • Commit fully to company performance objectives
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Skills & Competencies

  • Technical product knowledge

  • Quotation and commercial understanding

  • CRM and digital tools (SAP, SFDC, MS Office)

  • Strong communication and teamwork

  • Time management and organization

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in instrumentation Engineering

  • 1–4 years experience in sales or technical support

  • Knowledge of industrial or automation products preferred
