We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager – Analyzers to drive growth, expand market share, and strengthen Endress+Hauser’s position in liquid analytical instrumentation. This role requires a commercially driven professional with strong technical and application expertise in liquid analysis, capable of delivering sustainable and measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Growth

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for Endress+Hauser liquid analyzer portfolio.
  • Drive revenue growth by increasing installed base and expanding liquid analyzer penetration across strategic industries (water, wastewater & waste; oil & gas; chemical).
  • Support the sales team in developing a strong project pipeline by creating and nurturing leads with end users, EPCs, OEMs, and system integrators.

Go-to-Market Execution

  • Define and execute targeted Go-to-Market strategies for analyzer solutions, aligned with regional priorities and global portfolio strategy.
  • Position key technologies such as Memosens digital sensors, Liquiline platform, and liquid analysis systems by delivering clear value propositions (e.g., predictive maintenance, lifecycle cost reduction, digitalization readiness).
  • Support sales team in complex analyzer opportunities, including specification, technical validation, and commercial negotiation.

Portfolio & Solution Promotion

  • Drive adoption of Endress+Hauser analytical instrumentation and systems, including liquid analysis solutions for pH, ORP, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, turbidity, ammonium, nitrate measurements.
  • Support launch and market penetration of new solutions and innovations (e.g., Memosens 2.0, digital services, IIoT-enabled diagnostics).
  • Conduct customer workshops, application seminars, and training sessions to strengthen solution understanding and differentiation.

Market Intelligence & Insights

  • Analyze trends in process analytics, environmental regulations, and digital transformation (Industry 4.0 / IIoT) impacting analyzer demand.
  • Provide structured insights on market size, installed base, and growth opportunities for analyzers.
  • Build strong engagement with consultants, regulatory bodies, and industry influencers to drive early project positioning and specification.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Chemistry, or a related field; business qualification is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management, portfolio management, technical product marketing, or application management within liquid analytical instrumentation, process analytics, or industrial automation, preferably with exposure to Endress+Hauser or similar portfolio.
  • Expertise:
    • Strong knowledge of liquid analyzer technologies and applications.
    • Proven track record in driving product market share growth and sales enablement.
  • Skills:
    • Ability to drive product growth and market penetration through effective positioning and go-to-market actions.
    • Ability to lead product launches, lifecycle initiatives, and performance tracking.
    • Ability to support product pricing, margin, and competitive positioning through market and profitability analysis.
    • Ability to create product-specific sales enablement content, application guidance, training, and value propositions.
