We are looking for an Internal Sales Engineer to join the Sales department in Endress+Hauser (Oman). Our office is in Muscat and plays an important role for the Region of Middle East. 

 

What is the role about?
As an Internal Sales Engineer you play an important part in the Sales department. You work closely together with the external Sales to ensure that offers meet the needed requirements to fulfil the customs needs. 

 

Which tasks will you perform? 
You will:

  • transform inquiries to quotes including clarification of the technical, commercial and export conditions
  • create quotes in accordance with E+H International regulations
  • clarify unclear orders against quotes (purchase conditions, terms according to E+H International regulations)
  • handle order- and quote related negotiations (price, delivery time, modified products (TSP), certificates testing) with Production Centers and other 3rd party suppliers
  • handle requests via Endress.com
  • handover technical and commercial orders via SAP
  • be an active "partner"/supporter of customers for all technical and commercial issues
  • be an active "partner"/supporter of External Sales and Sales Account Manager in customer negotiations
  • support the organization of inspections
  • actively support project acquisition

 

What do we expect from you? 
You:

  • hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or higher
  • have at least 3-5 years of experience considered in the internal sales
  • have experience in Endress+Hauser products, working with SAP and MS Word/MS Excel. Experience with SalesForce.com is a plus
  • are an effective team player with a high ability to understand the problems and providing a solution
  • are fluent in Arabic and have very good written and oral skills in English   
  • have technical skills with strong communication ability and well exposure in working with multicultural client's environment at EPC's, PMC's and End users
  • adhere the Middle East working atmospheres like products approvals, documentations, Proposals methodologies
  • are a good listener to understand the end user's requirements and very knowledgeable to provide solutions and have better experience to implement and succeed.
