Role and Responsibility: 

 

  • Provide high quality professional service and technical support to E+H customers. 

  • Professional preparation for service visits (request type, tools, documentation, spare parts, SOP's/Work Instructions, etc.). Provide accurate, professional documentation of service calls on site. 

  • Provide training to customer maintenance staff on maintenance, repair, commissioning of Endress+Hauser instrumentation. 

  • Handling of repairs / returns and spare parts. Develop and maintain Service database of customers, installed base and complaints and feedback. 

  • Provide feedback to Sales team to report potential opportunity to sell E+H products/solution. Root cause problem analysis & resolution on site using personal as well as internal expertise. 

  • Determine possible system faults prior to departing for on-site service calls, to determine test equipment and spare parts that may be required. 

  • Manages relationships with customers in both pre and post service/sales environment, in support of External Sales.  

  

Qualification + Profile 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology - Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical or Industrial Instrumentation. 

  • Minimum of 5 years process measurement instrumentation experience. 

  • Instrumentation experience in maintenance, commissioning, repair, troubleshooting, verification, calibration and metrology experience is must. 

  • Strong knowledge on communication protocols (Foundation Fieldbus, Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Wireless HART etc. and must have. 

 

Advantageous  

 

  • Experience in Tank Gauging System. 

  • Metrology and Calibration Certifications with experience. 

  • Relevant experience of 2-3 years’ experience in Endress+Hauser instruments. 

  • Experience in CRM (Sales Force), SAP Service/Maintenance modules. 

  • ISO 9001, ISO 17025, ISO 45000 knowledge.
