We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to own the Power & Energy business growth and develop customer relationships. This role requires a thorough understanding of the Saudi Power & Energy market with a strong and diversified network of relationships with the end-users and contractors sales accounts. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing important sales accounts and driving revenue growth within these sectors.

Location: Riyadh

Role and Responsibility:

  • Accounts Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships within the Power & Energy clients serving as the primary point of contact from Endress+Hauser.
  • Sales Strategy: proactively identify and develop opportunities within the Power & Energy assigned sales accounts (End-users and contractors) to drive sales growth. Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Power & Energy sectors. Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies.
  • Client Solutions: Leverage deep industry knowledge and understand customer needs. By practicing a consultative selling approach;  provide technical expertise and offer solutions that align with their requirements.
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by driving effective sales activities and managing the sales cycle from lead generation to order acknowledgment  
  • Market Insights: Provide feedback to internal stakeholders on market trends, customer challenges and potential areas for product or service development.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams in pursuing the Power & Energy opportunities (projects & MRO), orchestrate all the efforts internally and lead the activities externally to support our customers & achieve the sales objectives.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, client interactions and account performance utilizing CRM tools. Prepare regular reports on business status and sales potential & progress. 

Qualification + Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales.
  • experienced in End-user &  project sales, including identifying opportunities, developing strategies  and driving successful project acquisitions.
  • Highly skilled in negotiation whilst being the customer champion
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a commitment to high-quality work and integrity.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer-focused solutions.
  • Good MS Office tools and operational systems understanding.
  • Experience with SalesForce.com is an advantage.
