Responsibilities :
including but not limited to:
- Budget monitoring support (SFDC )
- Team communication and support (mainly between Internal - External Sales – Logistics - Controlling)
- Activity monitoring and follow-up (E+H Online Shop: Requesting special Sales Factors - Monitoring margins, entering orders, , SFDC…, calling customers for visits and quote follow up
- Process improvement.
- Complaint management through SFDC.
- Knowledge in level, flow, pressure, temperature and analytical instrumentation technologies and selections if applicable.
- Participating in preparation of documentation SOP's/Work Instructions, etc…
- Provide feedback to Sales team to report potential opportunities to sell E+H products/solution
- Continuously develop and feed customer database in SFDC to reach high level quality of data.
- Coordination for marketing activities while having support from M team.
- Preparation of quotations with instructions of Internal Sales (if needed)
- Managing portals of customers and respond timely to raised queries.
- Completing registration process of new customers.
- Managing info. Email and respond to customers in timely manner.
- Acting according to our vision and mission. Follows our Code of Conduct.
- Adherence and respect of customer, local, E+H laws, regulations and procedures related to Health, Safety & Environment.
- Create Quote / Invoice / order processing on SFDC and send by Email for acknowledgment.
Education & Experience Required:
- High school of diploma in instrumentation or Bachelor of administration - commercial or equivalent.
- 1 to 2-year experience in instrumentation or sales administration
- knowledge of industrial business environment
- Experience with MS Word, MS Excel and computing tools.
Advantageous:
- Knowledge in support and sales services
- Experience with Outlook and Microsoft Office Environment, SFDC and SAP is a plus
- Fluent in English & Arabic knowledge is an advantage
