We are currently looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join our team and actively contribute to the development of our IIoT product Netilion.

Which tasks will you perform?
Participate in sprints of an established SCRUM team, leveraging your expertise in cloud-based solutions (Ruby on Rails, React, React Native, Node.js)
Lead the development of cutting-edge backend systems and software architectures
Design and develop REST APIs to enhance communication and user experiences
Stay updated on emerging technologies and seamlessly integrate them into our platform
Promote a culture of quality through automated software tests (TDD/BDD)
Consult with stakeholders in our IoT ecosystem and provide documentation
What do we expect from you?
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (from ETH, University, or a University of Applied Sciences)
Experience: Several years of experience in web development and web architecture, preferably using technologies such as Ruby on Rails, React, and JavaScript/TypeScript
Technical Skills: Familiarity with the following technologies is highly desirable:
Databases: PostgreSQL, Kafka, InfluxDB, and other time series databases
Cloud Services: AWS Lambda
Containerization: Docker
Messaging Protocols: MQTT
SaaS Platform Operation: Experience in operating a SaaS platform and its services, including DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and maintaining clean code and security
Kubernetes: Familiarity with Kubernetes and related toolchains is a plus
Agile Methodology: Strong understanding of software development methodologies in an agile context (Scrum)
IoT and Industry 4.0: Basic knowledge of IoT and/or Industry 4.0 concepts is advantageous
