About the Role:
Are you passionate about crafting compelling narratives that resonate with business audiences? We're seeking a dynamic corporate Content Marketing Manager to lead our communication strategies, focusing on positioning our comprehensive services portfolio in seven strategic industries and establishing our brand as a partner to optimize energy consumption in industrial processes. This role offers the opportunity to drive our brand narrative and showcase our innovations through integrated communication campaigns tailored to a B2B audience.


Which tasks will you perform?  

  • Service Portfolio Positioning: Develop and implement strategic communication plans that highlight our diverse service offerings across our seven strategic industries. Ensure these narratives effectively communicate the value and breadth of our service portfolio, helping business clients understand how our solutions can enhance their operations.
  • Brand Positioning in Energy Consumption: Position our brand as a leading partner in improving energy consumption. Develop communication strategies, plan, and create compelling content that resonates with the process industry’s audience emphasizing our broader portfolio aimed at optimizing energy use.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with agile internal teams and external partners to deliver strategic communications that contributes to business goals.
  • Content strategy and tactics: Lead and manage global communication projects. Define communication objectives, target business audiences, key messages, channels, and roadmaps. Continuously monitor and refine tactics and content to ensure they align with market trends and effectively communicate our value propositions to decision-makers. 
  • Content creation: Craft compelling cross-media stories in English that resonate with B2B audiences, leveraging our core messages and success stories. Ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all communication channels including global digital, live and print media. Monitor and track the performance of the content to continuously improve its impact on business.


What do we expect from you?  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications, Digital media
  • Proven experience in corporate content creation, media strategy, and preferably in corporate environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus)
  • Excellent communicator and strategic thinker with strong project management skills
  • A proactive collaborator, adept at building strong partnerships with stakeholders across various business functions
