We are looking for an Assistant to the Managing Director to join us and be the right hand to our leadership as we drive digital transformation at Endress+Hauser Digital Solutions. Endress+Hauser Digital Solutions is our Product Center for the Industrial Internet of Things—where 200 innovators collaborate in 12 agile squads, backed by over 200 IIoT patents and an ISO 27001-certified commitment to security—to deliver cutting-edge hardware, software, and cloud services that unlock the full potential of process-industry data.

You’ll partner directly with our Managing Director and cross-functional stakeholders at Endress+Hauser Digital Solutions, ensuring every meeting, project checkpoint, and leadership routine runs smoothly.

 

Which tasks will you perform?
You will:

  • Plan and coordinate meetings and events, including leadership offsites, strategic workshops, and bi-annual operations reviews—from logistics and preparation to follow-up.
  • Support planning cycles by preparing materials and data for year-end discussions, including budget and forecast meetings.
  • Coordinate leadership routines including 1:1 meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews, ensuring everything is scheduled and runs efficiently.
  • Manage travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings, visa applications, and handling of expense reports.
  • Oversee building-related initiatives, including office plans and furniture—liaising with suppliers, designers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Organize internal events including team retreats and celebrations, ensuring all details are handled with care.
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and smooth collaboration.
  • Provide proactive administrative support, including calendar and inbox management, preparation of weekly overviews, catering orders, and parking permits.

 

What do we expect from you?
You:

  • Hold an education in administrative topics or economics.
  • Bring experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrate pro-activeness, high organization, effective communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills by building trust across diverse teams, actively listening to colleagues and stakeholders, and fostering positive, productive working relationships through empathy.
  • Are fluent in English and German.
