We are looking for a Principal Expert Ultrasonic Sensors (f/m/d) for our team at Endress+Hauser Flow. In this role, you will use your expertise to drive the development of innovative ultrasonic flow sensors and make a significant contribution to technological advancement. You will work in a dedicated team committed to developing high-precision measurement technology that makes an important contribution to optimizing industrial processes.

Then this position is perfect for you! As a Principal Expert Ultrasonic Sensors, you will develop groundbreaking solutions for industrial measurement applications and actively shape the entire development process.

 

Which tasks will you perform? 
You will:

  • drive the development of innovative ultrasonic flow sensors with in-depth knowledge and experimental investigations.
  • contribute to the entire development process – from the initial idea to series maturity.
  • ensure the successful integration of the overall system consisting of sensor and transmitter – from prototyping and the specification of suitable test procedures to validation in the laboratory and in the field.
  • coordinating with and actively involving various internal and external stakeholders
  • maintaining and developing networks within and outside the company
  • managing basic and advance development projects as well as technology projects with external partners

 

What do we expect from you?
You:

  • have a master's degree in physics, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable field of study.
  • have 10 years of experience in the development of sensory or mechatronic systems.
  • have at least 5 years of experience in the development of flow measurement technology and/or ultrasonic technology.
  • are confident in handling development tools; knowledge of numerical simulation (FEM, CFD) is an advantage.
  • can quickly analyze complex problems and develop solutions in a demanding environment.
  • have excellent communication skills in German or English.
  • have experience in project management; a completed project management training is an advantage.
