We are looking for a Product Manager & Business Driver - Ultrasonic to join our team at Endress+Hauser Flow. You will take ownership of our ultrasonic flow measurement portfolio, drive its market positioning, and support our sales teams worldwide. As Product Manager & Business Driver, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of our ultrasonic flow measurement solutions, ensuring their ongoing competitiveness, and enabling our sales teams to confidently position them in the market. You’ll collaborate closely with industry experts, sales teams, and our global competence centres to develop winning strategies for our customers in sectors including Chemical, Food & Beverage, Power & Energy, Oil & Gas, Life Sciences, and Water & Wastewater.

 

Which tasks will you perform?
You will:

  • Develop and execute product strategies (roadmap) for Ultrasonic Inline flowmeters and non-invasive systems across targeted industries.
  • Ensure the ongoing competitiveness of our existing ultrasonic flow measurement portfolio.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to define future product specifications and business cases.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, implement standards and strategic pricing, and define product structures.
  • Create product launch packages, training materials, and marketing collateral for our global sales teams.
  • Serve as the key contact for industry management teams across various sectors.
  • Act as a business driver, ensuring our sales representatives have the confidence and knowledge to sell ultrasonic flow products.
  • Define focus applications and align them with our broader flow technology portfolio.
  • Lead the execution of product launches, including roll-out planning and coordination with our global teams.

 

What do we expect from you?
You have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in process, electrical, or mechanical engineering, business informatics, or a similar field.
  • A master’s degree in a relevant field and a commitment to continuous professional development through postgraduate studies (e.g., MAS or comparable certifications).
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar position and 10+ years of overall experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of instrumentation and process automation.
  • Experience in marketing and sales, with a customer and financial growth mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical details into compelling value propositions.
  • Willingness to travel 15–30%.
  • Fluency in English; German and additional languages are a plus.
