We are looking for a Project Manager for Electronics Industrialization for Endress+Hauser Flowtec AG to lead the development and introduction of our highly complex electronic products into series production. You will play a key role in optimizing and industrializing our electronic products and work in an innovative and international environment. Endress+Hauser Flowtec AG is our center of excellence for electronics production, distinguished by continuous technological advancements.

What is the position about?

Are you passionate about managing complex projects and strategically developing production processes? In this role, you will be responsible for project management in equipment procurement, working closely with departments such as IT, procurement, and production to implement forward-thinking solutions.

What will you be responsible for?
You will:

• lead equipment procurement projects, take responsibility for developing specifications, and coordinate internal and external development services.
• drive projects in close collaboration with various departments and project management.
• initiate and lead digitalization, automation, and optimization projects as needed.
• manage the electronics production project portfolio and organize and conduct regular Project Status Review (PSR) meetings.
• mentor and train project managers, using your authority to ensure continuous improvement in project management quality.

What do we expect from you:
You:

• have a degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related technical field.
• bring extensive experience and knowledge in industrial project management acquired through years of challenging projects.
• have multiple years of professional experience in an industrial environment.
• are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
• are a self-motivated, creative, communicative, and team-oriented individual.
