We are looking for a Marketing Manager Industrial Digital Transformation (f/m/d) to join Endress+Hauser Digital Solutions and drive our global innovation process, especially in the realm of Digitalization.

Join us in revolutionizing industrial processes and enhancing customer experiences through digital transformation.
Which tasks will you perform?
Evaluate market trends and industrial applications to inform strategic decision-making.
Develop evaluation results into actionable strategies and guidelines.
Provide strategic consulting for digitalization and IIoT, focusing on customer requirements for digital transformation.
Actively participate in interdisciplinary project implementation through agile project work.
Support sales activities and provide training as an expert on utilized systems and technologies.
Represent Endress+Hauser in international committees.
What do we expect from you?
Hold a degree (university/FH), preferably in Marketing with a technical focus, e.g., Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering.
Have experience in digital transformation in industrial settings.
Ideally, possess knowledge of agile methods and the workings and roles within a process organization.
Demonstrate high levels of communication and social skills, teamwork, and assertiveness.
Fluent in English and German.
Willing to travel internationally, approximately 20% of the time.
