We are looking for a Product Owner – Competence Center Device Integration (m/f/d) to join our Group and contribute to Endress+Hauser Digital Solutions, the leading force in Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), digitalization, and plant asset management solutions.

As the Product Owner – Competence Center Device Integration, you'll be the visionary behind our device integration strategies, shaping the future of industrial connectivity, and ensuring seamless integration across our product portfolio.
Which tasks will you perform?
Collaborate closely with stakeholders and customers to understand market needs and quantify customer value.
Take ownership of company-wide standards of quality assurance for device integration.
Drive an entrepreneurial spirit in the context of device integration, fostering innovation and agility.
Manage backlog, creating and prioritizing tasks based on stakeholder and customer requirements.
Drive value streams and efficiency within the squad, ensuring continuous improvement.
Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate with the device integration squad, facilitating regular meetings with Change Control Boards.
Ensure transparent communication in all directions and handle conflict management if necessary.
What do we expect from you?
Bring experience as a Product Owner in software development, digital communication, and Process Automation (career changers also welcome).
Have in-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and a successful track record in product management.
Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and the ability to creatively solve complex problems.
Possess software affinity and understanding of complex technical requirements.
Exhibit excellent communication skills and team orientation for collaboration with software developers, project managers, and stakeholders.
Have experience in customer interaction and a strong customer orientation.
Show persistence for long-term projects.
Are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
