We are seeking a passionate and strategic Team Lead – Integration Projects to join us at Endress+Hauser Digital Solutions to manage our Projects Team. The Team supports customers through tailor-made engineering projects within IIoT. This pivotal role is designed for an individual who is enthusiastic about coaching, mentoring, and fostering a psychologically safe environment within their team while also providing strategic insights and leadership.
As a Team Lead of a team of 4 passionate Project Managers, you will lead and mentor the team and therefore play a crucial role in shaping the future of our business. Your focus will be on strategic planning, team management, and fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation.
Tasks + Challenges
In this role, you will…
lead and mentor our Business Development Projects Team with your strategic expertise
oversee and contribute to product development and sales strategies for the Digital Solutions Product Portfolio
represent and contribute to business and strategy alignment with E+H Product Centers and Sales Centers
contribute towards competence within market needs, customer feedback, and industry trends, defining what products should be built and guiding the high-level direction
contribute towards sales and pricing strategies by industry together with Sales Centers and Product Owners to optimize market penetration
continuously assess and enhance the performance of Business Development activities to maximize engagement
collaborate on group-wide projects and development
cultivate and expand key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications + Profile
You have a technical background, ideally with an MBA/MSc, and a proven track record in Sales and Business Development within one of the 7 core industries served by Endress+Hauser (Chemicals, Life Sciences, Food & Beverage, Oil & Gas, Water & Wastewater, Power & Energy, Primaries & Metal). This enables you to understand and address technical challenges within the context of customer needs and industry standards.
You have leadership experience, focusing on coaching and mentoring, fostering a psychologically safe environment within your team
You possess an analytical, goal-oriented mindset, and interconnected thinking that drives success
You are skilled at collaborating across functions in a dynamic, agile environment
Your strong communication skills, effective negotiation, and assertiveness set you apart
You like being ‘hands-on’, with a primary focus on strategic planning and team management
You have proficiency in both spoken and written German and English language
