What is the role about? 

We are looking for a Service Sales Manager to join our Group. This role will drive profitable growth of service contracts across all industry verticals (Food & Beverage, Life Sciences, Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Power & Energy, Water & Wastewater, Metals & Mining, Pulp & Paper, etc.) and own the full sales cycle for calibration, preventive maintenance, instrument verification, remote technical support (Smart Support) and extended warranty offerings, ensuring renewal, upsell and customer success.” 

 

Which tasks will you perform?  

  • Own the end-to-end service contract sales cycle: lead generation, scoping, proposal and pricing, negotiation, closing, onboarding and renewals. 
  • Responsible for achieving service sales targets.
  • Transform on-demand service requests into contractual agreements.
  • Empower and equip the sales team with knowledge and skills in service offerings.
  • Design value-based packages using Endress+Hauser’s services portfolio aligned to customer process criticality and compliance needs.
  • Support industry-specific account plans for key customers in terms of service products; build long-term, trust-based relationships at multiple levels.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast in CRM/ERP (Salesforce/SAP); ensure clean data and disciplined follow-up.
  • Coordinate delivery with Service Operations, Inside Sales, Solutions and Technical Support to guarantee Service Contract commitments and high customer satisfaction.
  • Identify digital and connected services upsell opportunities (Smart Support, Netilion IIoT), articulate ROI and secure expansion.
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitor activity; contribute to pricing strategies and margin optimization. 

What do we expect from you? 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical/Electronics, Automation or related).
  • Proven experience in process instrumentation/automation service or sales; hands-on knowledge of maintenance, calibration and compliance services.
  • Demonstrated success in selling service contracts (scope and terms creation, negotiation, renewal management).
  • Proficiency with CRM/ERP (Salesforce/SAP or equivalent).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; fluency in Turkish and English.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Türkiye.
