2nd Shift Production Supervisor

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our Group and support our 2nd Shift team members in driving World Class Excellence within our Level+Pressure Associated Production Center. Within L+P Greenwood, we utilize state-of-the-art production techniques and manufacturing technologies to ensure the quality of the instrumentation produced, as well as the safety of employees and the environment.

Which tasks will you perform?
You will:
Directly train, develop, and supervise up to 25 employees.
Act as Main Safety responder and coordinator for the employees working 2nd shift
Analyze, resolve, and/or assist in solving work problems.
Determine, establish, and assign work to meet production schedules.
Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers; assign duties.
Lead continuous improvement projects within the group.
Balance team and individual responsibilities & contribute to building a positive team spirit
