OEM Sales Manager

We are looking for an OEM Sales Manager to join our Endress+Hauser Liquid Analysis team in Anaheim, California. In this customer-facing role, you will serve as a trusted technical and commercial partner, helping customers optimize their processes through innovative liquid analysis solutions while supporting business growth, operational excellence, and long-term customer relationships.

As an OEM Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in driving customer success and business performance for our Liquid Analysis product portfolio. Working closely with customers, sales channels, operations, supply chain, service teams, and product specialists, you will provide technical support, manage key accounts, identify growth opportunities, and ensure customers receive exceptional service throughout their journey.

Which tasks will you perform? 

You will: 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
  • Manage customer orders and collaborate with planning and operations teams to align delivery expectations and maintain on-time performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at strategic customer accounts through virtual and in-person meetings.
  • Forecast customer demand and create sales projections to support inventory planning and business operations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, customer engagement, trade shows, and collaboration with sales channels.
  • Provide technical consultation and application support to customers, sales teams, and internal departments.
  • Prepare and issue product quotations, respond to RFQs, and support pricing strategy and profitability objectives.
  • Coordinate customer complaint resolution activities by partnering with service, repair, quality, and operations teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Analyze customer purchasing patterns and market trends to support account development and growth initiatives.
  • Support product lifecycle activities by communicating product improvements, quality changes, and obsolescence notifications to stakeholders.
  • Travel to customer sites as needed to provide technical support, strengthen business relationships, and identify opportunities for growth. 

What do we expect from you? 

You: 

  • Have a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Chemistry, Engineering, or a related scientific field; equivalent industry experience may be considered.
  • Possess at least 3 years of customer-facing experience in technical sales, customer support, process instrumentation, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of industrial instrumentation, process automation, or analytical measurement technologies.
  • Have strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Are proficient with Microsoft Office applications and business systems such as SAP, Salesforce (SFDC), and SharePoint.
  • Can analyze customer needs, identify solutions, and effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excel at problem-solving, conflict resolution, and building collaborative relationships across departments and regions.
  • Are self-motivated, resourceful, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Are willing and able to travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • Are authorized to work in the United States and can meet applicable travel documentation requirements.

The listed salary range for this position is $90,000-$120,000 annually, but the actual package offered may vary depending on different factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation for this position would include other elements which include an annual nondiscretionary bonus.
