What is the role about?
The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Business Partner Manager will play a critical role in identifying, developing and growing strategic business partnerships with OEMs, system integrators and plant builder customers. The primary responsibility will be to ensure the success of our customer partnerships through effective program management, strategic planning, and regular engagement. Collaborating with sales representatives, sales management, services and solutions teams, this role requires a combination of business acumen, relationship-building skills, and an understanding of our products and solutions.
Which tasks will you perform?
- Work with Endress+Hauser sales representative channel and direct Endress+Hauser resources to find, develop, and grow strategic business partnerships with OEMs, plant builders, system integrators.
- Effectively and efficiently qualify companies/opportunities for strategic partnership growth potential and integrate into Endress+Hauser’s structure, organization, and strategy to maximize return on investment.
- Collaborate with partner customers and the Endress+Hauser contracts/legal team to develop, implement, and manage partner contracts and agreements that include the full portfolio of Endress+Hauser products, tools, services, and solutions.
- Develop overall account strategy for the top 10-20 partner growth targets, creating a growth plan that includes competitive analysis, wallet share analysis, and execution priorities with the Regional Sales Manager and sales representatives.
- Develop executive level relationships by providing leadership to engage Endress+Hauser partners directly at the C-level, VP level and manager level to develop a strategic business partnership. Leverages their professional network to initiate solutions.
- Provide commercial leadership including sales strategy, competitive intel, industry knowledge, technical support, negotiation strategies, and pricing agreements.
- Network and collaborate with key internal stakeholders to achieve sales growth targets (sales representatives, Regional Sales Managers, Industry Managers, Product Business Managers, Contracts Team, production centers, Data/Digital Business Development Managers, Strategic Account Managers, and Strategic Projects, Services and Solutions Team).
- Leverage customer relationship management (CRM) software to document and communicate key activities and engagements.
What do we expect from you?
You will have (required):
- Bachelor’s degree; plus at least 5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Travel requirements: approximately 50% but could be higher at peak times.

The anticipated pay range for this role is $81,200 to $120,600 per year. Exact compensation may vary depending on the education, skills, and experience each candidate brings to the role.
