What is the role about? 

This role focuses on driving digital transformation by collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business and system requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and ensuring successful implementation of digital solutions. The position involves working closely with IT teams, project managers, and change management professionals to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that align with the organization’s goals. 

Which tasks will you perform? 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business and system requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and objectives. 
  • Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency through digital solutions, while proactively addressing potential issues, risks, and obstacles in the transformation process. 
  • Develop detailed user requirements including process flows and systems requirements to ensure alignment with digital transformation objectives. 
  • Evaluate and recommend digital tools and technologies that align with transformation goals, considering factors such as scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness. 
  • Create test plans and participate in testing activities to validate the functionality, reliability, and performance of digital solutions. 
  • Collaborate with change management teams to facilitate the smooth adoption of new systems and processes within the organization.  
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, system designs, and requirements throughout the project lifecycle, while working closely with IT professionals, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. 
  • Support representative partners in navigating and integrating with our digital infrastructure to drive seamless collaboration.

What do we expect from you? 

You will have (required): 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.  
  • Travel: 5%  

You may have (preferred):  

  • Experience in digital transformation or IT projects, with knowledge of digital transformation trends, emerging technologies, data analytics, and data-driven decision-making. 
  • Skilled in requirements analysis, documentation, and applying industry-standard methodologies such as Agile and Scrum. 
  • Ability to work and make informed decisions independently and on own initiative. 
  • Ability to provide valuable input and feedback, offer recommendations and ideas tailored to meet specific business needs. 
  • Builds and maintains strong, trustworthy business relationships, leveraging long-term partnerships to achieve collective success.   
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting information clearly, articulating complex technical issues, and engaging with individuals at all levels.
