CNC Programmer

We are looking for a CNC Programmer to join our Group and support our Temperature and System Products team members in driving World Class Excellence within our organization. Within our production center, we utilize state-of-the-art production techniques and manufacturing technologies to ensure the quality of the instrumentation produced, as well as the safety of employees and the environment.

We’re looking for a dynamic individual who excels at working with an international team and maintaining high standards to drive our production success.
Which tasks will you perform?
You will:
- Have the ability to interpret drawings: Use CAD/Creo models and technical drawings to understand the part's specifications to create proper CNC programs
- Work with an international team and provide feedback to global team on designs of materials to be produced for transfer and innovation projects based on local needs
- Create code: Write programs in the machine's controller language to direct the CNC machine; to machine high quality products; in the most efficient and effective way
- Set priorities and meet deadlines for projects
- Assist with cycle time and data collection for costing analysis in the development of materials for production
- Optimize processes; Improve efficiency and product quality to improve through put in the machine shop
What do we expect from you?
You:
- Have experience with CNC machine programming in G-code format for production lathes and mills (Nakamura and Mazak preferred)
- Are Self-Motivated and relying on own strengths to accomplish goals.
- Have strong analytical and organizational skills
- Are detail oriented – accuracy and efficiency are critical to success in this role.
- Have the ability to interface with individuals at all levels inside and outside of our organization
