Design, test and evaluate process improvement projects.
Ensures timely completion of assigned projects that support KPIs.
Supports process owners in the use of Continuous Improvement; this may include facilitating process improvement activity.
Develops and communicates business cases to support recommendations for change to current business practices and processes.
Develops controls to monitor and sustain the progress associated with implementations and evaluates result.
Develops Organizational Technical competence of Lean Approaches:
Waste Identification/Elimination;
Standardization;
Problem Solving / Analysis Tools (8D, 5Y, Fishbone, Pareto, etc.); and
Pull Systems / Signals (Kanbans, Heijunka, EPEI, etc.).
Resource for CIP program – Supports CIP facilitators and performance updates to the organization.
Assists Project Sponsors across the organization in identifying and prioritizing opportunities to improve across KPIs (Quality, on-time delivery, productivity, etc.).
Ensure best practices are deployed across the organization.
Support compliance / improvement efforts across accreditations, directives and laws (i.e. ISO 17025, ISO 9001, ATEX, ISO 14001, etc.).
Resource for Lean / CI training process & methodologies.
Support Document Control processes as needed (Master Control, DWP, 180, etc.).
Qualifications: Master of Science in Industrial Engineering.
Travel: May travel up to 5% US and internationally.
