Coordination and research of all aspects of a field service visit including personnel, tools, parts, and equipment needed to execute field service.
Analyze contribution margins on orders prior to invoicing to ensure acceptable margins are achieved.
Evaluate and enter information for customer terms and conditions, including safety requirement questionnaires.
Responsible for maintaining Service Backlog.
Responsible for handling and correcting problems that arise with scheduling, pricing, incorrect information on reports or invoice, disputes in pricing, credits, etc.
Produce cost estimates for a project based on project scope and discussions with clients and engineers.
Qualification + Profile
Proficient in all MS Office Products, SAP, Salesforce, LMS, and other business-related software
A combination of education and business experience that demonstrates higher level decision making based on judgement, education, and experience.
Ability to handle confidential information
Highly reasoned thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes
Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing (in large and small group settings)
Required travel 5-10%
