We are looking for a Sensor Testing Technician to join Temperature+ System Products, USA in Greenwood, Indiana to work with a dynamic team and deliver world-class temperature products. Endress+Hauser Temperature+System Products is one of the leading global suppliers of temperature measurement, temperature engineered solutions and system products.
What is the role about?
Join Endress+Hauser as a Sensor Testing Technician and play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our temperature measurement devices. In this hands-on production role, you will operate testing equipment, perform calibrations, and support continuous improvement efforts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Which tasks will you perform?
- Perform temperature calibration of devices
- Conduct visual inspections and functional testing
- Calibrate electronic devices to programmed specifications (PPA)
- Operate laser marking equipment
- Use production systems to enter and retrieve data
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and collaborate with team members to resolve errors
- Support and apply Lean manufacturing principles for continuous improvement
- Complete additional production-related duties as assigned
- Serve as backup to Fabrication Technician on specific processes
What do we expect from you?
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years of related experience or equivalent training preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to use hand tools and operate production equipment
- Comfortable working with computers and software systems
- Ability to read and interpret basic drawings, diagrams, and production orders
