What is the role about? 

This role ensures accurate financial reporting and compliance, which supports strategic decision-making across the organization. In addition, by supporting audits and internal controls, they help safeguard company assets and uphold Endress+Hauser’s commitment to excellence and transparency.

Which tasks will you perform? 

  • Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger. 
  • Perform monthly account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. 
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes. 
  • Support the preparation of financial statements and internal reports.  
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions as needed.  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting. 
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

What do we expect from you? 

You will have (required): 

  • Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Accounting/Finance or Business Administration 

You may have (preferred):  

  • 1–3 years of accounting experience 
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, or International Accounting Standards  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel 
  • Proficient in ERP/accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines 
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
