What is the role about? 

The Strategic Account Manager is responsible representing the full spectrum of Endress+Hauser’s products, services, and solutions, tailoring them to meet both current and future needs. You will lead the customer account planning cycle, ensuring that Endress+Hauser consistently meets the requirements and expectations of assigned customers. 

Which tasks will you perform? 

  • Establish and nurture productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders in assigned global customer accounts, ensuring diverse perspectives and needs are addressed. 
  • Partner alongside the Global Brewing Technology Lead to strategically develop key accounts in the brewing industry. 

  • Coordinate the involvement of Endress+Hauser personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to exceed account objectives and customers’ expectations. 
  • Collaborate with customers’ corporate stakeholders to achieve best results. 
  • Lead the joint company-strategic account planning process, developing mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for one and three-year periods. 
  • Take responsibility for solution development efforts that best address customer needs, coordinating the involvement of all necessary Endress+Hauser personnel to deliver exceptional results. 

What do we expect from you? 

You will have (required): 

  • Bachelors degree in any field 
  • The ideal candidate may be located anywhere within the United States, with applications being accepted from across the globe.
  • Willingness to travel internationally, embracing new cultures and perspectives, as a fundamental part of the role. 
  • Skilled in guiding and inspiring teams in a multi-cultural, multi-national, and matrix environment – both virtually and in various countries. 
  • Demonstrated experience in Strategic Account Management and Sales, with a proven track record of success.

The anticipated pay range for this role is $121,600 to $187,300 per year. Exact compensation may vary depending on the education, skills, and experience each candidate brings to the role.
