Position:  Contract Analyst (Pearland, Texas)

 

Position Description & Responsibilities

  • Negotiate commercial contract terms and conditions, coordinate technical scopes of work including interface with all disciplines (such as project management, legal, marketing, pricing management, product management, services, finance/accounting, and customer) to support organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on pricing strategies to perform financial/commercial analysis and potential risks for contracts to achieve revenue goals.
  • Analyze commercial sections of proposals and create pricing evaluations. Prepare contract recommendations, and present recommendations to project team and/or customer.
  • Conduct internal stakeholders’ meetings, conduct pre-award meetings, final negotiations, and drafting/finalization of contract documents.
  • Perform contract management post-award (governance) activities by evaluating customers' performance under the contract, volume adherence, and contract change management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and affiliates to analyze potential risks on possible contract changes, particularly from a commercial level.
  • Perform closeout of contracts, finalize outstanding contract issues, invoices and coordinate completion of customer performance evaluations.
  • Perform analytical and organizational tasks, negotiation and problem-solving tasks, along with communication to attain continuous improvement.
  • Conduct computing tasks, including Excel and understanding and Salesforce.com.

 

QualificationsMinimum of twelve months’ experience in contract negotiation or related experience with analysis and reporting functions.  Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent in Automation Engineering or Electronic Engineering.

 

Travel:  May travel up to 15% US and internationally.

 

Full-time position

 

The anticipated pay range for this role is $118,102.00-$138,102.00 per year. Exact compensation may vary depending on the education, skills, and experience each candidate brings to the role.
