We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Repair Technician to join our team at Endress+Hauser Flow, USA. This position plays a key role in our mission to repair and maintain the quality and on time delivery and ensure the reliability and efficiency of our operations. 

What is the role about? 

The Production Repair Technician is responsible for diagnosing and repairing units or instruments that experience malfunctions during the assembly process. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to perform visual inspections, functional testing, and intermediate-level troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of measuring technologies, basic assembly and repair skills, and the ability to track and report findings accurately. Intermediate computer proficiency and strong math, reading, and comprehension skills are essential for success in this position.

What do we expect from you? 

  • Perform hands-on repairs and rework on defective or non-conforming units to meet quality and performance standards. 

  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. 

  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and time spent on each task in accordance with company procedures. 

  • Conduct functional testing and verification of repaired units to ensure compliance with specifications. 

  • Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment. 

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues and suggesting process enhancements.
