Establish productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders in assigned global customer accounts in Life Science Industries.
Coordinate the involvement of Endress+Hauser personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned account.
Proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary Endress+Hauser personnel.
Qualification + Profile
Bachelor of Science, preferably in Engineering
Previous experience in Strategic Account Management and Sales, preferably in Life Sciences Industries sector
Ability to see the bigger picture and think strategically
Ability to lead, empower and influence without formal authority
Capable of motivating and leading teams in a multi-cultural, multi-national and matrix environment
Fluent in German and English
Foreign travel is an integral part of the role
The ideal candidate would be located in the East Region of the United States
